The funicular departs every x.15 and x.45 – and thanks to the last uphill journey at 23.00, Muottas Muragl remains easily accessible for our guests right into the late evening hours.

Herbst Special – Railway Operations
Muottas Muragl will be open from the 26th of October to the 1st of November 2026.
In good weather, the funicular runs according to the following timetable:
- First up and down journey: 9.15 am
- Last up and down journey: 4.45 pm
- Departures: xx.15 / xx.45
